Class 1 online registration starts tomorrow, see the list of documents here
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) begins Class 1 online registration for the 2022-23 academic year from tomorrow. The Class 1 online registration process for Class 1 will end on February 28, 2022 at 10 a.m. Parents can visit the official website, which is kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.
Here we give you the list of documents required for admission to KVS 2022-23.
- For class 1: Birth certificate, certificate of proof of age issued by the competent authority for birth registration.
- Caste Certificate: This is required for students who belong to SC, ST, EWS, OBC.
- PWD Certificate: This is the certificate from Civil Surgeon, Rehabilitation Center or any other relevant authority who is certified as disabled by Government of India.
- Proof of residence
- Retirement certificate for uniformed defense employees.
What are the guidelines issued by the KV for 2022-23 admissions?
According to the guidelines issued by the KV, a child must be 6 years old by March 31 in academic 2022-23 for Class 1 admission. This means that a child born on April 1 is considered for KV Class 1 admissions .
What about KV Class 11 and Class 12 202-23 admissions?
According to officials, there is no age limit for admissions to 11 KV 2022-23 class. Likewise, there are no upper and lower age limit criteria for Class 12 admissions. But the condition is that there is no break in the continued study of the student after having Passed class 11.
While, according to the officials, online registration for KV 2 class will start from April 8, 2022. Parents can apply until April 16, 2022 at 4 p.m.
In any case, not all seats are filled in KV 2022-23 Admissions, the school principal will post a second announcement in May or June 2022 to inform of the availability of vacancies.
