Patna Schools Begin Online Admission Process For Next Academic Session | Education

The majority of the city’s leading schools are expected to begin the online process for admission to kindergarten classes this month. Despite the fear of the new variant of Covid-19, parents in the state capital are sparing no effort to get pupils to the best schools.

St Michael’s High School will publish an online admission form for LKG courses on its official website on December 7th.

“Admission forms will be available on our website from December 7 to 13. The cost of the admission form is ??800. Admission to the LKG class will be in 240 places. We have uploaded the list of required documents and the usual manual for completing the online admission form for the convenience of parents. The selection of candidates will be done by a committee using a random method, ”said Father Armstrong Edision, principal of the school.

At Maryward Kindergarten, admission details will be announced on Monday while St Xavier’s High School will begin online registration starting December 12.

The principal of the school, Father A Christu Savarirajan, said: “Online applications will be available from December 12 to 31. Admission will be at 210 places.”

Likewise, Don Bosco Primary School would begin the online admission process on December 16.

“Preliminary application forms will be available on the school website against payment of ??1000. We have 320 seats in LKG. The list of required documents has been uploaded to the website, ”said Mary Alphonso, Principal of Don Bosco Secondary School.

Other schools like Notre Dame Academy, St Karen’s High School, DAV Public School, and Baldwin Academy will likely start the admissions process in late December and January.

Meanwhile, the parents said they had started to prepare for the admission of their ward to kindergarten classes.

Namita Sharma, mother of 4, said: “Many parents dream of having their children admitted to convent schools. I have already requested the acquisition of my daughter’s birth certificate. I teach her basic labels, alphabets, numbers and rhymes so that she will perform well on the day of the interaction. However, the growing number of Covid-19 cases has heightened my concerns. “
